Over the years we have provided mobile barista coffee services for many household names and on December 3rd they didn’t come much bigger than Louis Vuitton.
We were approached by LV and given a brief of running a COVID 19 secure promotional barista coffee service in the run up to Christmas to provide comfort queuing outside Harrods, London and one of their flagship stores in New Bond Street.
Mobile coffee branding and trending
Working with the amazing team at Polar Black Events we had two weeks to implement the branding aspects of the service which included full, vinyl wrapping of two Piaggio Ape coffee vans, 8000 branded coffee cups and LV coffee stencils.
The results were spectacular with an impressive Christmas scene being created which attracted a huge response from the public and bloggers alike on social media #LVHARRODS
Covid-safe coffee service with style
Over 11 days with a team of 6 professional baristas, front of house staff and security staff, we implemented a Covid friendly environment with socially distanced areas marked out.
Orders were taken by the front of house, relayed to the baristas and then delivered on a tray to the customer all safely and securely. All staff wore masks at all times with antibacterial hand gel available at each barista coffee van.
Brand awareness in any form or fashion
We served thousands of Louis Vuitton coffees and hot chocolates to the crowds visiting the stores and with the stunning visual aspect a self sufficient branded coffee van service offers, we perfectly nailed the brief.
