We’re proud to provide a mobile coffee barista service for many household names. On December 3rd they didn’t come much bigger than Louis Vuitton.
We were approached by LV and given a brief of running a COVID 19 secure promotional barista coffee service. The brief was to create a barista service in the run up to Christmas. Providing comfort queuing outside Harrods, London and one of their flagship stores in New Bond Street.
Mobile coffee branding and trending
Working with the amazing team at Polar Black Events there were two weeks to implement the branding aspects of the service. Including full, vinyl wrapping of two Piaggio Ape coffee vans, 8000 branded coffee cups and LV coffee stencils.
The results were spectacular, subsequently creating an impressive Christmas scene. This began attracting a huge response from the public and bloggers alike on social media, with the hashtag #LVHARRODS
Covid-safe coffee service with style
The event was held over 11 days with a team of 6 professional baristas, front of house staff and security staff. We got to implement a Covid friendly environment with socially distanced areas marked out accordingly.
Orders were taken by the front of house. They would relay them to the baristas and deliver them by tray to the customer, all safely and securely. Also, all our barista service staff wore masks at all times with antibacterial hand gel available at each barista coffee van.
Brand awareness in any form or fashion
We served thousands of Louis Vuitton branded coffees and hot chocolates to the crowds visiting the stores. With the stunning visual aspect a self sufficient branded coffee van service offers, we perfectly nailed the brief.
